What do you mean by this statement, how does ISO directly affect DOF?

Thanks for your reply, I thought it would be something like this. I don't shoot too many portrait mode shots anyways - probably will shoot even less knowing this. :)

Image 227: Panasonic G2, Tamron Adaptall-2 SP 63B 180/2.5, shot at 1/640sec, f5.6, ISO 200, -1/3 underexposed.

Image 260: Panasonic G2, Canon FD 200/4.0 Macro (Converted to K mount), shot at 1/160sec, f11, ISO 200, +1/3 overexposed.

Question to other Panasonic G series owners: Is there a setting in the menu for auto-detecting portrait mode? I was expecting the G2 to behave same as my K20D, regardless of the lens used in detecting whether the shot is taken in portrait or landscape mode.

I think you've done your research well, I was aiming for either a G2 or GH1 and held off when K-01 was announced - I am aiming for one again (but then I am also looking at Canon 5D). I've been browsing eBay and I found this: Tilt Pentax K PK Lens To Micro 4/3 M43 Mount Adapter EP3 EPM1 EP2 G3 GF2 GH1 G10 | eBay This is probably the most affordable way to get tilt capability with any Pentax lenses, more so if you have any full frame Pentax lenses (who doesn't). Another compelling reason to go for an m43 camera.:)

Edit: If anyone is interested in this adapter, the same eBay seller is selling the identical tilt adapter for 59.95 USD. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Tilt-Pentax-K-PK-Lens-To-Micro-4-3-M43-Mount-Adapter...item5646a28fd2

Thanks Stan, just what I wanted to see. You do take quite the hit in the FOV from K-5 to GH2 - I guess you are going to have to indulge in m43 LBA if you desire anything wider than what your 14-140 can provide. :) Please keep me posted on your experience with the GH2, this would be my alternate choice if K-01 second generation, continue to ignore us old fogies who wants a VF (the largest demographic section of the 1st world nations).
