I'd guess the seller assumes Hicor are less likely than Nonac or Nokin or Ynos to sue for unauthorized use of their name and image.
Years ago I was a moderator for several Compuserve forums. Forum members would occasionally upload desktop backgrounds
and other images, very often scanned from some licensed product. The most vigilant company of all in terms of not allowing any
unauthorized use? Disney, followed not too distantly by NFL/NBA/MLB. It wasn't unusual to get a take down order from Disney
before we had even noticed the upload. The most liberal? Surely Anheiser Busch, who seemed happy to have their name
attached to any product or image.
