The black AP & black 58mm/f2.0 lens showed up a few days ago. Both look like they are brand new and function like new.
The camera looks to have new shutter curtains, too. The only thing missing would be original packaging.
Much nicer that the other Black AP I have.

More than double! Actually 2.25x
I used the 8% Ebay Bucks offer to get $100 off the BIN :)
And the one I scored does not have a dented up Top Cover.
That Black AP in Italy, that was listed on Ebay a few weeks ago, sure was nice, but also very pricey.

I have 6 Asahiflex cameras, 65 Pentax 35mm and 2 Pentax 645 film cameras in my collection. It all started with a K1000 I bought new in 1977.
Most are in operational condition. Three of the cameras are NOS/NIB: Electro-Spotmatic, K1000 Anniversary Edition, MZ-3 Special Edition.
The cameras I shoot with regularly are: SV, ES-II, K2, K1000-SE, MZ-S
The latest camera I have added to the collection is a Black Pentax AP with an all black Takumar 58mm/f2.0 lens, both in mint condition.
I found the pair on Ebay yesterday. I think the BIN listing was only a few minutes old when I saw it. I can't wait for their arrival from Japan :)
