Thanks Robin!
I'm kinda running out of ideas, to be honest.
Here's another one with similar processing, although rather ordinary, composition-wise: |

Thank you guys!
@m8o - Hey, I've got a Vaio that's not really a speed machine either (bought it with portability in mind, not photo processing, although the display is awesome). But even so, lately I have been using it exclusively for PP, while the more much powerful desktop gathers dust :)
I guess what I'm trying to say is... so what if you have to drink a cup of coffee / have a smoke while a photo is saved on your X61t? It's still better than not PP-ing at all...

While we haven't been really active in helping out any animal shelters, we did 'rescue' our cat. It was found abandoned in a cardboard box in front of an apartment building, along with 6 other brothers (they were about two weeks old at the time). The guys that found them already had three cats of their own, so they contacted all their friends hoping to find some adoptive 'parents' for the kittens. We found out about them through a friend of a friend something... and a couple of days later we got our first cat :)
We're still a bit torn about the fact that Iailuu will spend his entire life inside an apartment (we don't have a house with a yard), but then again, it probably is better than not living at all, I think.
Anyway, here's one from this morning:
(might be a bit too dark for some, but I like it this way)

Twocat, nice catch. Mine always eats with his back to us :)
Seb, you broke the trend alright, but I have to admint... that's one awful cute puppy :)
Now, one from me before leaving for the office: |

Sorry to hear about your loses guys. Iailuu is our first cat (we got him less than two years ago, he was 3 weeks old), so I can only imagine how hard it must be for you :(
Speaking of Iailuu, here are two shots from today (K7 + FA77): |

Our cat Iailuu (the name comes from a Norwegian town, Geilo), shot with K7 and CZJ35/2.4 earlier today: |
