Paucity of compact high quality WA glass is the primary reason I've stuck with APS-C. The DFA 15-30 is obviously a tremendous lens, but it weighs as much as the DA* 300 and costs more.
A few weeks ago I seriously considered purchasing a K-1, and as part of this consideration, I went online and tried to track down every image I could of the FA 20-35, the M 20/4, and the FA 20/2.8 taken with the K-1. There seems to be come sample variation with the FA 20-35, because I came across some examples that were sharp except in the far corners and others that were quite soft along the edges as well (all when stopped down). The M 20 fared pretty well except in the very far corner. My only complaint is that M 20 doesn't produce the contrast and saturation of my DA 15. I was most impressed with the FA 20, which looked sharp from edge to edge with excellent contrast/color. If I owned an FA 20, I would have purchased the K-1. But the lens is hard to find and expensive when found, so I purchased a KP instead.
