There are presets in LR and in camera that can affect colours
In Lightroom it is called Autotone
In camera there is a feature called White Balance Adjustable range. Option C/2/11 on the K-7
These values can affect the tone of your image.
I found them both to be particularly annoying when photographing a grey card for assignment. It was impossible to get a grey card looking grey with these on even in RAW. On real life images the effects were less noticeable. But for the record I maintain both settings OFF.
