Congratulations on your new camera!!!..

The following are the components of your new system, correct??..

Pentax 67 body
67 Metered Pentaprism finder
67 Wooden Grip w/ cold shoe
SMC 67 55mm f4.0 wide angle lens (latest version of this lens??)

What did you use to connect the Sunpak 383 flash to the camera??..

How did you find the process of using flash with this camera??..

One generally sees little written on the web concerning flash use with any of the Pentax 6x7 cameras, other than the inconvenience of the P67's slow flash sync speed..

I am very interested in how a complete newcomer to the P67 camera has found its operation, especially with flash..

Even over on photo.net, where there are many experienced Pentax 6x7 users, flash is seldom spoken about, other than to generally discourage its use..

I was curious as to whether this was another "Urban Myth", similar to the one about not being able to handhold this camera..

Do you think that the Sunpak 383 flash would work as a walk-about flash to use in those city / street photography situations where one might require more than available light??..

I am considering a similar outfit for myself, although with the SMC 67 75mm f2.8 AL wide angle lens instead of the 55mm f4.0 lens that you chose..

How did you find the brightness of the viewfinder??..

I am 54 years old with not the best eyesight..I was wondering whether to go with a P67, or to save up for the P67II with its slightly brighter viewfinder, and greater eye relief..

Thanks for your answers!!!..

Happy Holidays!!!..

Bruce
