We do have a lot of wildlife, but we rarely see it. With the park being 7,000 square Km and a lot of Crown land outside the park, animals don't have to inhabit areas where there are people and most prefer not to. ( Not to mention that there ae still a lot of neighbours who will shoot anything that moves.) And there are so few people they can avoid us. I saw almost as many foxes crossing the road neat Eglington and Jane in Toronto as I've seen since we moved up here. We do see lots of tracks during out walks and because many animals use our trails to get around we see their scat.
It poops, therefore it is.

Lucky, we planned it this way. This is actually a great place to live and, if you live here you'll live two years longer on average than living a city.
Come on up slopez. We'll put in a three seater lazy boy so you can sit and watch netflix with us in front of the fire.
Thanks for commenting.
In images like this, the double size sensor really does count for something.

Train ride? When were you here?
This South Algonquin Township just outside the park.
There's no place like it.
Endless removal. there's six of them now, I'm going to have to clean the sensor again.

A week ago there was lots of colour... K-1 and 100 macro... 2017-10-12-October-landscapes-4 by Norm Head, on Flickr
The Tamaracs have turned, most of the trees have lost their leaves, but it's still quite pretty. But it won't be long before Brownvember is here.
