I've tried replacement focusing screens from a couple of manufacturers in my cameras before, and in fact I have one of the split image focusingscreens.com models in my GX-10, kindly donated to me by a fellow moderator. They can work quite well... However, they can also mess up metering, and you'll need to learn to compensate for that. Spot metering, in fact, will become next to useless.
Instead, I'd recommend an O-ME53 1.2x magnifying eyecup. You'd be amazed at how much difference the additional magnification can make for manual focusing, and unless you're trying to focus an f/1.4 lens wide open with perfect accuracy, you should do quite well with this accessory alone. I have one fitted to every single Pentax (and Samsung-equivalent) camera I own, and really wouldn't want to be without them now.
I'm not sure how it would work with your glasses, but if you can already adjust the viewfinder to produce a sharp view while wearing them, the O-ME53 should work just fine :)
