I work in social services and there are no specific tools I use beyond my wits and the regular scope of office paraphenalia. But finally after much debate and many failed attempts to create an entry I settled on this, a most ordinary screwdriver that I actually bought at the supermarket for $10! This tool tucks in my pocket and is bound to have the proper head type for any task (which from the top of a ladder often involves more than one). I especially like that it has 3 different Robertson (square) heads - one of Canada's best kept secrets.
