Captured this timid little parrot today, hiding in an almond tree, having a feast. I believe it is a rainbow lorikeet.
High contrast shot, with no noticeable CA at all.
Tamron SP 70-200 2.8
200mm F8 ISO 400
Minimal PP, resized 100% crop.

Great shots Ecaterin.
You made me pull out my Tammy SP70-200, on a bleak wintery day here in Adelaide, and to my great surprise, I found out just how sharp mine is at 200mm F2.8

I was toying with the idea of a DA* 50-135, but I think I just changed my own mind.

I resurrected my Tamron AF 70-300mm (normally kept for film nowadays) and took this image at a nearby park (with river). Some food enticed this little fella to come pretty close.
