With your choices I'd bring the 28-105 and K-1 and maybe a wide prime unless I was going really far. I almost bought that zoom for Kilimanjaro but decided to take less valuable stuff just in case I got robbed. As it turned out I only almost got robbed!
I tend to bracket rather than use filters which also lightens my load.

If I need to hike very far I try to travel relatively light unless there is a specific need for the bulkier, heavier stuff.
If I'm going far (like the summit of Kilimanjaro, for example) I carry a crop kit with a sealed zoom and maybe a couple of small primes for specific purposes (like extra wide or very low light).
If I'm carrying the K-1 I probably don't plan to hike for more than a few hours. I typically take a Tamron 28-75/2.8 as the main walkaround lens which is nice and small for that range and aperture. To supplement it I'll bring a Rokinon 14mm for UWA and maybe a longer zoom or prime if wildlife or a telephoto landscape might be appropriate. The 15-30 is a great lens but I don't often hike very far with it; it's Just too bulky and heavy for that.
