Here are some of my Favorites from Lake Tahoe, CA. All photos taken with a Pentax K-7 and Either the kit 18-55 or the kit 50-200. I used Bulb mode @ f11.

The 4th of July is just around the corner and i would like to see if i could get some input on what are some of the best techniques to shooting fireworks?
I have heard:
Removing your filter
Use a remote
Use manual focus and set at infinity
Use a lens hood
Use iso 200
Some settings could be:
F4 1.3 secs
F5.6 2.5 secs
F8 5 secs
F11 10 secs
Any other suggestions would be GREAT!
