Yes it is, even though most buildings are just ruins. It is at the eastern end of the Bois de Vincennes, close to Nogent-sur-Marne. It was first created more than a century ago with colonial-themed buildings and pieces from the universal expositions held in Paris at the end of the 19th century; I think it was then part of the colonial exposition of 1907 before being used as a military hospital and memorial for the colonial troops in WWI. The place is not large, we did not spend more than a couple of hours there, but it is a lovely place and not too crowded. Quote: Great shots as usual.

Jonathan, your shots from Japan are gorgeous, please keep posting them!
I tend to use my K-1 more these days, but today I took my K-5 and DA Limiteds to an old colonial-themed park just east of Paris. I ended up using the DA 21 only. Urn, K-5, SMC Pentax DA 21 Ltd
