Ok some answers about my copy.
Could you tell me a few things about your copy? (Same questions go out to anybody here who also has the Laowa 12mm)
1) Does it focus to infinity?
Yes
2) Does the focus ring stop at the infinity mark or extend past it?
It stop at the end of infinity 8 sight, and it focus properly = that position is not softer that previous
3) Does your copy sit perfectly secure when attached to camera with no movement when using the focusing ring, or does it 'wiggle' or rotate a little bit back and forth? (Please visit my thread linked above if I am not making sense, since there is a video to demo the 'problem' or 'behavior' might be a better word)
Wiggling as on your video.: it exist, but it exist with almost all my lenses. Sigma EX II 70-200 2.8, DFA 50mm macro FA 31mm 1.8. Only lens that ar very stiff is DFA 24-70. But in my case amplitude of Laowa is much smaller than your copy.
4) Bonus question: Did your copy arrive with the lens in a vacuum sealed plastic wrap?
Yes I bought mine straight from China as there is no official polish seller. only one things. If lens is @ A position, lens is making sound during montage @ camera like trrrrr. :) if aperture is set on lens no sound is made :)
Second: only original back lens cap is not loose. All mine caps is falling out but is that a big issue?
there was somewhere questions abut quality. Picture quality.
In my opinion flare is biggest issue.
Resolution?
You have to use Pixel Shift to check it :)
Here is PS shot developed in Raw Therapee 5.1 Are the corners worse than center? yes :)
Are they softer Yes :)
But still very good considering size and FOV. |

You are right but sometimes I prefer to have straight lines so what I could show is 3x 12mm panorama Straight only on building :). |

TS adapter is available only for mirrorless as it they short flange distance.
ofc. you could modify image from fish but it always lossy in term of resolution and sharpness. I now learning how much I could "shift" lens in Capture 1. I've tried do same correction in DxO but it give me much more losse of resolution.
I envy canon 17mm T/S.
