You have the most seriously aggressive sharpening I've seen yet in your PP workflow. I've enjoyed your shots though.. one of the reasons I started looking at a Tamron 70-200mm is from your shots with it. So thanks!!

That had to be an interesting experience. Glad you made it out alive (with those mosquito swarms haha). What lens? 24-70mm @ 24mm f/2.8?

Pretty neat that this DC lens works on K-1 in FF mode. What software, if you don't mind me asking, are you using to process these in? I can see PP on the frozen branch in the form of a grey/blue haloing on the edges of the branch/stem mixed with overblown specular highlights at 1:1. But it it otherwise very crisp.
I do enjoy your photos :)

Very nice, so no blurring or smudging or softening of background elements or sharpening of foreground elements?

Looks nice. How much post processing was performed on that image?

Completely agree. Yet, I strongly suspect the majority of images in here have been what I'd consider 'substantially corrected' in post. Any pull of shadows, highlights, contrast, micro-contrast, or sharpness is this in my book. Which means this thread, as a repository of SooC examples of what this camera and various lens combinations, is not very useful.
It is, however, quite enjoyable to look at more non-academically..

What lens did you use? It's very sharp.. did you add sharpness in post? extra micro contrast?

Looks great for subject isolation.. but even at f/11ish I'm seeing out of focus spots on landscapes.. which tells me this is going to need to be stopped down even further to get the whole scene sharp. This could be an issue on particular lenses though due to diffraction no? Might have to go f/16 or smaller and then gauge hyperfocal which seems a bit of a stretch on digital (the aperture part).. I've yet to see any full scene sharp landscapes with the K-1, where I've seen gazillions with the Pentax crop bodies..

Looking for shots with the 16-50mm and the 50-135mm and the 1.4x together. Interested in seeing how it works in FF mode

Has anyone tried the 16-50mm or the 50-135mm on the K-1 with a 1.4x teleconverter?

That's interesting to me. I wonder how well a 1.4x teleconverter would function? That would essentially make this a 70-200mm f/4 right?

Are those straight out of camera (SooC) ? Or did you process them? That is, beyond CA mitigation..
