I have used the 55-100mm f4.5 on my Pentax 67ii together with the Lee 100 filter system. Currently I use the standard 95mm adapter, with one filter in the holder, and this results in some modest vignetting in the widest parts of the zoom, maybe roughly from 55-65mm. This does not bother me, but if it did, there is also a better though more expensive Lee filter holder that fits this zoom:

All this applies to the 6x7 film format. On your 645Z I would presume that the Lee 100 system and the standard 95mm adapter would work very well, and result in no vignetting. The best you could do was to take your 645Z and the 55-100/4.5 to a camera shop and check out how this filter system and other filters suit the equipment.
