Halloween, our modern version of All Hallows Even, when ghosts and ghouls come out to play, is just around the corner, even in the small Oregon town where I live. One of my neighbors demonstrated the correct hand-position for Halloween Ghouls - inspired by his front-door-hanging-Halloween-Ghoul decoration...!

Taken with my recently acquired and lightly used DA 70 Ltd - mounted on my KP - an exercise in isolating my subject, a tiny little Gnome inside a Snow Globe. Plus - I am rather fond of gnomes, as well as goblins, elves and other eldritch beings.

Taken with my SMC DA 21mm Ltd, indoors with available light - at maximum aperture (f 3.2) --- I like this lens quite a bit, and it makes for a nice small hand-holdable rig mounted on my recently acquired KP -

Just got a new (to me) lightly used SMC DA 40 Ltd ... can't quite believe how tiny it is.
I'm looking forwards to putting it through its paces.
