I’d like to remind everyone that Pete was pretty specific about the size of flowers for this thread.
I might have posted this one previously, if so, apologies, but I believe it fits the description of the OP.
Geranium Robertianum
Also known as Herb Robert, or Stinky Bob (crush the leafy stuff in your fingers and it releases a sulfurous stench).
About 12mm across.

Thank you so much for the compliment.
It was a difficult day of shooting. There was gentle winds off and on, and although I sought refuge from it by going down by the river, there were still gentle breaths of air that would cause everything to move a little bit.
My monthly allotment of patience was nearly used up that day.

Those poppy's spread from some that were planted in a flower bed at my last house by the previous owner. They were allowed to go to seed, and they are everywhere.
When we moved Mrs. Racer dug up some bulbs and tubers to take along and inadvertently got them too. We managed to get rid of them in the flower beds, but they are persisting in the lawn, especially in areas where the mower doesn't reach.

The poppy's were small, about 1/2 inch and smaller.
