It is on my other computer, but I was shooting around 1/400 or so for that and wide open. Normally when doing birds and such I will be up around 1/800-1/2000 depending on the light. I use TAv, set auto ISO to where it is between 100-3200 (sometimes 100-6400), and with this set up I leave it wide open.

Sure, I simply brace my hand under the tripod mount on it, go to a kneeling position, and put my elbow on my knee. I breathe in, hold my breath, make sure all is steady, and go for it. I also use a higher shutter speed. here's one I got of the moon handheld.
