Firmware bug or [status-bydesign] as we call it on Stack Exchange? If this is by design, then why? This is very odd behavior...

The K-30 operating manual indicates some significant limitations with RAW capture in continuous shooting mode.
From page 121 in the Caution box: Quote: When <Continuous Shooting (Hi)> or <Continuous Shooting (Lo)> is set, you cannot save RAW images during Instant Review or playback. From page 122 in the Memo box: Quote: If the file format is changed to [RAW] or [RAW+] while <Continuous Shooting (Hi)> is selected, the capture mode is temporarily changed to <Continuous Shooting (Lo)>. These are lower specifications than either the K-r or K-5. However, is the manual correct here? The page 121 caution about not being able to save RAW data after continuous shooting is not a significant concern to me, but is the K-30 really limited to 3 fps in RAW or RAW+JPEG?
