I don't disagree with the premise of your post. However, I would make the point that even at high ISO, noise is not usually a problem in well lit areas. And if I try to view shadow areas in your images, I find myself thinking that, as stated by Rondec, there is a definite lack of dynamic range, which makes evaluation difficult.
