Hi Dave, with all the hoods on my lenses it depends what i doing , if i just take the camera with the 50mm and 20mm in my pocket i dont use the hood or i may stick it in a pocket , IT seems not to be a problem from what i have seen with it on or off, if i have a camera bag with enough room i will take them but not always use them . The hood i had is only 20mm high and 95mm round so it will fit in your back pocket when not on use , i just brought a cheap one off ebay .

I Will . I still dont have to sell my lenses as yet :) 2 weddings in 5 months takes its toll , i now need to get work to catch up again, having the two families together for 4 days was really worth it , this is also the wine district so we did a wine tasting tour as well, just hired as bus so we call all have a drink .
Another shot coming up the drive, Autumn trees and looking from the balcony we had one of the top front rooms .

Blue Mountains Leura NSW Australia , Its behind the 3 sisters normally most people take the other side ,from the lookout this is from a private residence . Corner crop would be a waste of time the shots hand held and i focused on infinity and i an standing right on top of the bush so it cant be in focus , these are also Jpeg as i don't have a converter for the raw files as yet ,

I had both and found it hard to tell the difference .FA may have ever so sightly more contrast due to the coatings , Really depends if you need AF or not , Sold the FA and kept the A 20 as you dont need AF for landscapes , this is just my thought other may think different :)

We lived in Adelaide for a few years in the 70's was usually hot dry summer and wet winter especially if you lived in he hills . so it should suit England , or will it be a no play day
