Really nice, Tuco and stratman.
I believe the Spotmatic series is the best-looking SLR of all time.
I wish Asahi had built a rangefinder with the same sweet lines ...

Eric did a fine job for me on my SP1000.
I also love the simple elegance of the early Pentax SLRs. My SP comes close, with its lack of self-timer.
Makes me wonder what a rangefinder produced by Pentax would have looked like ...

Here is my SP1000 with its covey of normal lenses: Super-Takumar 55/2, Meyer-Optik Oreston 50/1.8, Auto Rikenon 50/2, Fujinon 50/ 2.2. Not pictured is another S-T 55/2 that I bought knowing the aperture ring was stiff. Any pointers? It appears an impact gashed the ring, leasving an aluminum spur in there somewhere that makes dialing up small apertures tough. Other than that, it works just fine ...
