Hello jsherman999, I have spent many months believe it or not trawling through zillions of forum posts regarding lenses. Initially I was attracted to the high ISO capabilities of the K-x which got me looking into what lenses Pentax has to offer. I am currently saving up and will be purchasing a camera sometime in Jan 2011 for a holiday as well as saving some more $'s. Depending on how the K-r and the K mount EVIL go (in September), I will most likely getting one of them. The things I am interested in photographing are people in social environments and landscapes. The DA 15 LTD looks like the best lens for me (compared to all other lenses from all other systems [and that is ALOT of lenses!]). How many DA 15's have you made other people buy with this thread? :p Love the pics and the flare with this lens!

Hi everyone, I haven't invested in any SLR systems yet. I think this lens alone will turn me into a pentaxian!
