A number of years ago, I read an article on copyright issues for printers. The main aspect printers had to understand was that if a customer brings in work with a company logo, the printer had to make certain no copyrights were being infringed upon as THEY would be the ones who would be sued! The final statement always stayed with me, "Remember, if someone brings you a picture of Mickey M-use to print, ALL of Mickey's friends are lawyers!
