How did the trees managed to stay so still when the clouds are blown in different directions? Awesome shot btw!

So what do you meter? The blue skies or the green grass? Any good starting point of a shutter speed to use during the day or sunset?

How do some of you guys get such nice sunbursts with the landscape and the skies both perfectly exposed? I find either the skies are over exposed or the landscape is underexposed all the time. I generally use f8, iso 100, what shutter speed do you guys use? Or were they done using HDR or exposure bracketing?
