Landed a mint Pentax-A 20mm f2.8 on Wednesday. Local Kijiji seller posted it, he'd bought it new in the late 90's for a trip to Alaska, had only used it a couple of times. Still had the original box. $500 seemed fair, considering the condition, and benefit of being able to see it in person, prior to buying. Gentlemen said he's paid over a $1000 for it, when he bought it new. Didn't realize it was such a pricy prime back in the day. 20mm is a sweet spot FOV for me, and I like the small prime size. Infinity focus beyond 6 feet is pretty sweet....just point it, and shoot it. Fingers crossed I'll get to try this gem out on full frame digital someday.

That's it.....it's done. The 3rd and final FA Ltd joins the fold. Picked up the 31mm second hand locally, this morning. All Three Amigos, MIJ. Now....time to move some redundant glass, so I can afford to keep it.

You really lucked out....from the serial number, it looks like one of the early editions that had better glass.

Heck of a good week of LBA....
30mm f2.8 SMC K, mint, with original case, scarce as hens teeth find from a local seller for $150 Cdn
135mm f2.8 Hanimex HMC M42, good shape, $10 at the local Value Village (like a Goodwill store)
Super Tak 50mm f1.4, early 8 element version + Super Tak 135mm f3.5 M42 + Vivitar 100mm f2.8 M42....$75 of fleabay
I'm done for a few days, at least.....and my wife is going to kill me shortly, if I keep this up.....
