yea, I know. just little frustrated to have same discussion time after time. After all it is all about image that you will get and are you and your customer/forum happy about it.

Right. let’s talk about Q then. it has nice lens system. Now take 4,5 mm prime on that. it is funny that it will not give similar picture as extremelly wide lense 4,5 on aps-c. you have to measure it up, in order to make sense. Also if you buy 8-16 mm zoom on aps-c and think that it is ultrawide like 8-16 on FF(35 mm), you will not be pleasantly surprised. also aperture of those lenses is what it says in the barrel. now that has been rounded up or down too. but it will give to you relatively an idea of what you will get. Not to confuse one too much. also that new 11-18/2.8. can you say that it is not 2.8, but actually it is approx. 15-28/4 on FF? Does it make more sense? or DA 55-300/3,5-5,6. it is 85-450/5,6-8 lens in FF equiv?

I would like to like 4/3 more. I do agree that there is difference in noise and DR. APS-c is still better. and I have been spoiled by K-1. But for video M4/3 is amazing. also imagequality of these new things seems better, as seen in that video above.

Umm, f 4,5 is still as fast as f 4,5 on any other format. What is effective is dof of: f 9, instead of f 4,5. On FF. It is pretty narrow still with effective 300-900 mm. Advantage is that you won’t have to stop it much down to get more Dof.

It is all in with Oly. I’m sure that for many this is amazing gear. Especially tele shooters. It will be interesting to see how it will pan out. Also 400-500 mm with m4/3 needs pro to be able to get most out of it.

I’d like to try the MF too. not so many renting opportynityes here at Finland...btw. Ricoh said that it is great to have more 645 cameras. it creats interest towards whole system. So they are not actually compeeting. In other words, there is no competition going on. who are competitors, are new guys, and the loudest ones who wnat to take first podium. But will there be enought buyers after that competition, what will be the prize? People going, that it would be great, but I don’t know, gee, it is so expensive. similar thing going on with this Oly?

I was looking also the prize of this thing in Finland. It is expensive. But IF one really needs all of that and is happy about image quality. Why not. Video seems to be on great level too. Image quality and stabilisitation is on the level where higher ISO won’t be needed. Some one would appriciate that.

Yup, are you looking hight quality pictures. @3000 there is lot to choose from. Looking for great video, same thing. Other thing is if you are having a bunch of Oly glass PRO or not pro lyng around. Then it might be the thing to put your money in.

Yes. There are still lot of guys happy with image quality what m4/3 offers. So for them it should be great -prizey- upgrade, what it is. Not 'that' much more than Oly OM-D 1 MKII with batterygrip + second battery. Suppose that prize will come down and there will be combo offers with lenses. Not for me, but someguys/girls might be super happy. It will be interesting to see what follows from here. It sure is interesting times for all fields of photography.

Well, some one thinks that nothing is fast enough. Nieche product. Yes, so is the prize. This one is for dedicated pro's already having fun with m4/3, perhaps ones being already sponsored by Oly :)

I actually think that it is for people who have M4/3 OM 1 mk I/II already and are using it with grip and would like to have something absolutelly amazing specs. There must be some already. IF I would be fine with slightly less of image quality of my FF camera and would be in to the action photography, this could be the thing. Prize seems okay too, because you get 2 cameras in one.
But this is not for me.

Sure. It is most recent model of those too. So it should be better. Seems that last year EVF has got greatly better all in all. Older EVF are not good. All of this technology goes on with good speed...

O-MD EM5 II VF is not really good IMHO. It has lag, hurts my eye, but it is big. I use mostly LV because of that.

Olympus has good things going on. And lenses are superb(exept that kit lens what I own). Also I did like that OM-D 1 mk 2. At then I could not invest that kind a money for that. I’m not s interested of sharpness or huge resolution as I’m of DR. I think that I’ll take a look of these things at shop. That will tell more than looking a picture or picture of chart at web.

Well they say 2x faster them self. That is fast. Main reason to stick with smaller sensor too, to get incredible performance. I would not mind bigger body. But that camera is not for me. Interesting to see what will follow.

My primary wirking with K-1 is controlled light/landscape/not so moving people. And I agree with you completelly. Shooting event with K-1 needs good nerves, and remembering to check often. Especially if one shoots between f 1,4-2,8. Other than that it is pretty darn good. But if I’d be shooting events for living, it would not be pentax. To be honest. Also Oly E5M2 is fast focusing, but it is not that consistent. EM1 m2 would be better.

I like oly EM5 mII video. Not that much better than K-1, is you shoot MF. Actually. And that is the main reason for me to look for update with great DR and better bitrate than either of these. And more. Sounds like good deal too. I have adapter for my pentax glass which makes DA lenses and DFA ’declicked’. Full manual lenses. Haven’t completelly made up my mind yet.

just to remind people, as said before at here by winder, those are opinions. and have you wondered how vloggers get their money. if there are people watching them. so get attitude, clear rounded opinion, which is not opinion and even be wrong. take your side.who are your customers(people who agrees your saying, also those who don’t will take a look because you say ...)
every one should know that K-1 mk2 is upgrade. there is big boost in ISO, AF algorytm has been changed, made it little less fast fps, but focus more precise. This is bigger thing that one might think, but it will most likely be better in next model. as they said them self(ricoh), they were surprised of how many did get their camera upgraded.
oh and wired, you still have your K-1? why? your A9 is so much better, isn’t it.

just why I also stepped in at here was that I’m little a bit interested of possible Oly E5 M2 upgrade. that is if I don’t get Blackmagick PCC4K instead. I did get Oly E5 for compact thing that can also shoot quite good video. now using it mainly as video cam.
