Pentax K-1's incredible dynamic range on display. This was “tickled” a bit in PP, perhaps one day such pictures will be possible straight out of the box.

Rob, this is a lovely take, with the seagull entering the frame at a fortuitous moment and the bow of the tourist vessel in the right bottom corner could not have sailed into the picture at a better time and there is just enough of it to ballance the picture. The colour of everything in the pic is spot on.
Overall a very nice photograph and there is lots to look at, albeit a bit underexposed.
Travel photography doesn't come much better than this.

I hope you are not going to kill me for adding a pic of mine. I just think you may be interested.
Every time I look at some of your landscape photographs I get the feeling it could have been shot in outback Australia.

Ha, that is what everybody assumes it is. the "Ivy-covered silo" in reality is a Nuke Rocket lounger in disguise. Pst... keep quiet about it ! The Ivy-cover gives it away  :lol::lol:
