Hi
I guaranty you, concerning the 150-450, the grass is not any greener in Nikon land. Absolutely and categorically no way. If you can't produce sharp well exposed images from the K-1 and the 150-450 combination (especially with the outstanding Pentax SR) you will not do any better with an equivalent Nikon lens and certainly not with a lens which needs an awkward converter to make it work with a Pentax. Me thinks.
