I went from an X-Pro1 to Pentax (first K-5 and now K-1 which I upgraded) 2 years ago and never looked back. While everyone is raving about X-trans and Fuji Colors, Pentax is simply way better in the IQ department. I don't know what Pentax is doing, but they are better in every aspect: better colors, better DR, better noise control.
Ergonomics is also top notch and also Pentax lenses are top notch.
If you want retro look, you could go with the K-P.
