My mac version seems to work ok with K3 dng's, including the multi wb function.

I have no idea what DXO is doing, as I have DXO optics elite version 9.1.1 build 39 for Mac and it reads and converts my K3 DNG files perfectly. I just converted a K3 file done with the DA 50mm f1.8 lens and it had the file for that lens and did all the corrections. Are you using the PC version? I have no idea if the two versions are different but I know the Mac version does work correctly with DNG.

Edit: Perhaps the standard and Elite version are different other than FF and MF support in the Elite version??
