More snow hey Norm.
I'm at the Lakehead for a couple days. 18-135 is a weee bit short, but still gets something worth sharing. Minor crop, and levels and sharpened in GIMP (since i'm not on my regularl computer)

Interesting reading... I work in the "colour" field and often get asked for studio grey for galleries, photo studios, etc. I'll be sticking to 18% grey, but will have to keep that in the back of my mind. People are shocked at how dark it is usually, and 12% would be more so.

Seems this lens has been glued on my camera for the last little while. Convenient while shooting a short tele prime on film to have the wide and the tele packed into one piece of glass.
Weather this year isnt quite as prone to forming "ice caves" on Lake Erie's shores, but the lake is still pretty well froze up. There were plenty of ice fishermen out on less exposed pieces of water.

Matt, love the scenery - live action subject matter is so nice too ( I never get to shoot real people...)
Today before coming home for dinner, I stretched my legs by walking across the ice covered creek nearby and stole a frame from a PoV that is not normally accessible.

Looks like a rough day at the office Matt.
Today on the way home from work I saw the skies shaping up for some spectacular colour. Temps are tanking tonight after a bit of snow and warm weather today. The wind picked up, and the skies started to clear in preparation for the deep cold.

Had an opportunity to snap a land mark around here. It is behind a gated entry into a municipal waste treatment site so no one ever gets this Pov. 18-135 gave me all the width, and reach required for inspecting the tank.
