There's a good chance that many of the insects and other creatures folks like Dondounba and others on this forum are photographing won't be around in another 20 years or so. Also, the pics we take might be a reflection of our times in ways we don't understand right now so that's another good reason preserve them in some form or other.

I'm approaching the 1,000 mark so I took advantage of the discount offer for the first year. After what Photobucket did I thought the flickr approach was more reasonable. Also started on a new photobook using their discount offer for Blurb, but that software is so clunky - I feel I'm fighting it the whole time. Every time I find a fairly decent photobook provider it goes belly up and I have to look for something else.
