I would definitely see about getting the filter off and dust cleaned. Mine has become a favorite walk around lens

I got this lens a couple of weeks ago for $2.00 I didn't expect much. Most of what I have read about it said it was soft and just an ok lens. I was surprised. It has become my walk around lens. This was taken in a slight rain taken from my porch of a holly tree in the yard.
