I actually used a little puffer diffuser for another house and it worked ok. No huge 10-20 shaped shadow in the middle anyway.

It became painfully apparent to me that the on camera flash of my K-R will not work with this lens. My wife was already surprised to see the new purchase when I showed up to take real estate pics of our new listing. I didn't have the heart to run home and get the two af360 flashes she doesn't know about either. :-) Now to try to figure out how to either lighten the shadows of the lens cast by the on board flash or really lighten up the pics taken without flash.

Ok. I've been threatening for months but I finally did it. Bought a copy of the the slower non HSM version from a forum member and got it today. My dog wishes I'd get out of his face but it's too late in the day to get out and take pics. ;-)

I like them fine with one exception. The shots of the bedrooms where so much ceiling is in view (and I'm guessing they may be on the second floor with shorter ceilings than downstairs as well). Those shots tend to make the ceilings look shorter and the room kind of squished down. Do you like my technical photo lingo there? ;-) Were those shots taken at full 10mm? I'm wondering if bumping up to tewlve on those smaller rooms would eliminate that effect? Any idea.

That is exactly what I want to shoot with the lens. At least that's my justification since I sell real estate. lol. That link seems to be dead. I tried to find the pics on your flicker profile but couldn't find them.

Is there a brand that won't touch? I hate rigging stuff if I know I might be removing or changing filters for a given situation?

I've been going back and forth for a month trying to figure out if I want the DA 12-24 or one of the two Sigma 10-20 options. I'm about to order the cheaper version I guess unless someone can convince me I need the 3.5 HSM version. I have to stop this. I've already bought two limited lenses in the last couple of weeks but I really need the wide angle for work. What filters should I get with it?
