It seems I'm in a slightly similar position to you just starting out! :)
The K3/50-135 combo for me is the main reason to stick with APS-C, The weight Savings are huge compared to a FF/70-200/2.8. Plenty of wedding photogs shot the F4 version for that reason.
IQ is amazing and you don't need high res for tight shots, crop mode with K1 should give ISO boost if required.
For me I'm struggling with the wide zoom. I prefer the rendering on my Da*16-50 but lens flare is a killer when shooting towards the sun. I hoped the Da24-70 on K1 would be perfect but like you the IQ doesn't do it for me. Sigma 18-35 would certainly be useful in low light but again lens flare is still a problem. Currently I have 21ltd for those situations, but considering 20-40ltd, 16-85 or even 28-105 if it can handle shooting into the sun.
As for primes I can highly recommend the 43ltd. The flattering skin tones, 3d pop, and tiny size makes this lens fantastic when working the guests. On FF it will be even better. The small size tends to make people relax. Hopefully you have got the couple used to the camera by that point that lens size doesn't matter.
At some point I want to add either the 55 or the 77ltd for portraiture. I also have the 100 macro that does work nicely outside and will be nice on FF.
I'm actually considering if having a small third camera with a limited or shooting three primes at once might be useful in some situations.
With your plan I really think 43ltd, 55* and 77ltd might have some benefits.

Are you going FF?
The DFA*70-200 takes care of the long end. Pick your fav of the 16-50 and 18-35 and sell the rest, or go FF and get the 24-70 instead.
Otherwise the primes that would give you the most would probably be the 15ltd for extra width and flare resistance, a 43/55/77 that gives you a faster aperture in those focal lenths, and a macro lens if that interest you.
