Lol, I think my humor may have been lost in translation, I was really just using you as an excuse to post a (hopefully) cool landscape shot which just happens technically flawed due to some fringing on the trees.
That being said the 43ltd pixies do seem to be stoners, you never know when they will actually come out and play!

Yep, the 43ltd is hopeless for landscapes, notice how the following photo is ruined by the fringing in the trees :p |

Yay, a fellow aussie 43ltd owner married to a red head ;)
Not quite sure what your focus issues are, I find the 43 works best for landscapes when you don't try and focus on infinity. Just disengage autofocus, shut down the aperture and work on getting the mid range stuff in focus while using aperture preview? to check to infinity. You can also play with the distance markings, F8 at 8m seemed to work pretty well.
Of course there are numerous other reason other reasons for the focus being amiss, and fast lenses tend to push the system. recheck you lens adjustment if your camera has the option.

It turns out my 43ltd takes better photos when I actually calibrate the focus :o

Thanks!
The flower is from a succulent, they are fairly common around coastal areas. The photo was from Jones Bay at Gippsland lakes, which i forgot to mention :o

Here is a nice shot of a friend that pushed the limits a little bit :)
K10d + 43ltd, f1.9, 1/6s, ISO 800
The floodlight above her head was just bouncing enough light off the wooden fence behind me to illuminate her face.
Cheers
Ps. that strawberry shot was awesome!
