Wow Jose.
Those are very nice...Nice indeed. I have noticed with this lens, that when it hits, it hits, when it if off (or I am off) it is off. What a precious little girl...

Whoa, I will have to look at mine. Regardless though of what it looks like, I am happy with the end result. i imagine that the funky blades add to some of that delicious bokeh? yes, no. maybe so?

I am with you this. 55on APS-C is strange for my uses. 35 would work!

Hi folks.
Decided to take out my ''just sitting there'' Cosina 55F/1.2. It just seems so right and happy on a film body though. |

Here are some images from a roll I shot about a month ago.
ME SUPER with the COSINA 55 F/1.2@F8 .. the film I was using was the Kodak Hi def 400...this combo produced some real contrasty photos, which I like. I was also using Hins lens hood advice as I found that it does help with this monster eye...
While out on a Hike, I came across this horse. |

Hin, I am not disrespecting the lens in any way, but merely expressing my findings.. With Digital, you have the luxury of many test shots, but this is not a luxury with film.. Personally, I think it is very good from F/2.0 to F/8 on digital and f/2.8 to F/16 on film.

This lens and I have a love hate relationship...One minute I love it and the next I want to toss it into the ocean. On my DSLR's it is hit or miss with more missing than hitting which causes me to hate it, ''but'' when it hits, IT HITS and thus I am in Love all over again...Now this lens travels with my ME SUPER next with my M40/F2.8 and it and I are a happy couple all over again....This lens on film is amazing...
