Holiday card pictures looking for ideas or examples

Hello again everyone. So searching the web for help on shooting the holiday picture for this year and found a bunch of great ideas.

Thought I would shoot over and ask what folks are doing here. I am working on something mixing the kids near the tree with the flash not overpowering the entire shot.

What are you guys doing.

Post your examples. Be warned I may borrow your ideas ;);)
