But it's the principle involved! Any new government bureaucracy is another hand in our pocket, another job-killing union-coddling jackboot on the throat of American Liberty and Business and creates yet another bunch of nanny-state addicts. Real Americans either read the fine print (as they are the ones who put it there in the first place) or alternately expect to be screwed by the banks anyway. Which, come to think of it, pretty much defines the core Republican party :p
