FA 43, K100D, Nikon sb-28 flash
Had this idea... meet the...pose by Nesster, on Flickr
(really, I need to re-do this one, and use four cameras with the appropriate attitudes, for the beatles cover) spy vs spy pose by Nesster, on Flickr
Mad magazine's Spy vs. Spy
Charlie's Angels pose
Large and small approaches to a similar goal
Minolta XE-5 with MD 35-70mm f/3.5 constant aperture zoom, plus shade
vs
Olympus OM2n with S Zuiko 35-70mm f/3.5-4.5 variable aperture zoom, no shade

Argh, at some point I'll lose my sanity and start to desire the 31. :)
Meanwhile, another from the FA 43 |

Nice f/1.9 grain there ;)
This was a quick spur o the moment pano with the 43.... that's NYC in the far distance and 12 miles worth of New Jersey in between. I uploaded a 4700x1300 big version on flickr, where the wee houses and flags and cars and stuff are visible. |

That 31 sure controls the moon well, and sucks up all internal reflections

Very nicely done, I like that. Just a wee bit closed down the 43 is awesome.
Another extreme -the 43 at f/11, .6 sec, ISO 200, quasi-hand-held (I leaned on a bit of driftwood for a monopod) |

That first frog's AWESOME.
The 43 is my favorite lens. I've concluded that how a lens renders stone and metal - with a sense of aliveness and natural detail - is a good test of excellence. This photo I think has that - click on it as it's worth seeing much larger on the flickr page.
