Hahaha.. Poor Old Rango..........
There's still a lot more of these buggers running around the garden, and a particularly annoying one who has found a way inside the house and enjoys tormenting Carl (my cat) by running around the ceiling at night..

He was out in the garden, on a path, in Full Sun, No lighting tricks. And Yes, when you zoom in it is very detailed.

Thanks Tess, I "Had" to take a photo when I came across him, His final pose just had such an impact, I almost missed him, he is only about 35mm long. What struck me was his eyelid, you can still see the wrinkles in it.. Glad you looked
Haha, All things come to an end.
I know what your saying, taking the pics, then looking back through them, I did find myself a bit moved and wondering IF I should have posted them, I know he's just a tiny little lizard, but there's something about life and death in this. Don't want to get too deep here.
Colour wasn't really anything as the ground and he were just a grey brown, no real punch to it, What I really love is just how much detail the DFA100 gets of his skin, and his eyelids, and the tiny grips on his feet.

Poor Little Bugger, Looks like he was reaching out for some help, that never came. Black and White Jepg straight out of the camera, ISO - 125, f - 7.1, 1/250th of a second.
