Coming in 32 oz quantity shows it is an antiquity. The sign has done well to be readable over 50 years on.

What kind of grapes are they. Most grapes are pruned to 2 buds but the canes on those vines are much longer - are they sultana/Zinfandel?

They are one of the larger varieties of chilli. The smaller kinds are hotter.

Marvels of google maps! Looked like the Adelaide coast and then I looked to find a roof with the two colours a bit to the north of a jetty and local knowledge of where that kind of pine tree grows.

I just had a simple dish of chives, small prawns and egg for dinner. Quite nice. MrsTim gave me the idea. She cooks much better than me.
I do intend to experiment cooking Mandy, a Middle East dish with mutton and rice cooked till the meat is very tender, and traditionally eaten with the hands. Some of my students in UAE introduced it to me.

Do you eat it. Not the flowers but the leaves when the plant has not gone to seed. I find it hard to buy as a vegetable in England. I know a few places that have it. Flown in from far away.

That is a persimmon flower. When it opens it is green, quite fresh looking, and the fruit forms on the side you pictured. The fruit is orange and there are a couple of kinds in different shapes and differences in whether they ripen firm or mushy soft. There is a stem out the other side than your picture.
I used to grow them when I lived in Australia.

Do you mean something like the grid SG screen for the old MX? I really liked that screen because the grid helped get framing right and horizontal.

The famous earthquake in Adelaide was in 1956. A small number of buildings had to be demolished after. None? Collapsed.

I have bad memories of the flowers in the last image. MrsTim got some cuttings from someone who warned her they would grow like weeds. They looked nice but grew like weeds in Adelaide. Eventually it was my job to get rid of them.

What kind of filter.
It looks like late afternoon overcast lightning for that part of North Tce, with a tram line there I never saw before.

Is the problem how long it takes to lock into a signal. It can take significantly different times on different days with other GPS kit.

Are those grapevine sultana, different name in US. Sultana is a green seedless grape used for table, drying and brandy.

Peter, Sorry I could not resist. I looked at your wall with the feature bricks, which was similar to my previous home, and then I saw the fixing of the power point to the wall, not lined up with the bricks and though "must be an English electrician". Then I saw your location. Oh!

The only place I saw them was flying out of Tainan airport/base, ROCAF, in green, in mid 1980s.
