Yeah, anything by them goes for a lot of money. Since yours isn't mint, you won't get that, but maybe you can get close to the 750 euros.

Anything with the Angénieux name attached seems to mean big money. They didn't know what they had? Congratulations!

Cool, I'll look forward to seeing some shots from your studio. One of these days I need to set one up in the garage. I wish I had a nice area like this to use, but every spot in the house has been claimed, and I didn't get any of them.

Enjoy the DA70, it's an exceptional lens in its own right.

Thanks for the links. I don't know if I can handle another obsession :). I think I may practice with some of my older knives though.

Congrats, that's really cool. I do enough cooking that I'd appreciate some good knives, but I really don't know how to take care of or sharpen them. I usually buy Victorinox, they are decent and cheap. If I mess those up, I don't care so much. Though my filet knife worked well for a few fish and now it stinks. So maybe they only make good chef's knives.

No, you've gotta use it while it's still around. They'll only become progressively more expensive as the supply runs out.

It looks good on there. I think cost and frequency are both factors in LBA.

I do like the NX20 body, but the NEX 6 and 7 also fit quite well in the hand(excellent grip), and they both have viewfinders built in. I have a 6 and a 5n with the external viewfinder. I think the NEX viewfinder is a lot better than Samsung's(but I didn't hold one of those very long). Fuji has an even shorter registration distance and their 14mm is excellent, but there is no reason Sony can't make a 25mm registration lens. All they have to do is add a little extra length to the barrel. The short registration distance just gives them options. Aside from a de-centering issue, reported by some, their 10-18mm lens is quite good, though incredibly pricey. Samsung has a lot of nice pancake lenses that Sony can't seem to match. I really liked the NX100, but I gave it up in favor of the NEX 5N. Focus peaking was the most important factor in the decision.

Wide angle is a bit expensive on m4/3, if that's important. I think Oly is the way to go, for manual glass, for IBS and price, but the deal he got on that NX20 is unreal; and it's a fantastic camera.

Yeah the ASUS has an sRGB mode. It seems pretty accurate. Too bad Costco is off. I need to find a new printer, but they are cheap.

That's quite a deal, congratulations. The NX20 is a nice camera. So is your lens modding hobby over now? The 30/2 lens is excellent and can be found very cheap.

Unfortunately, the WRX was announced a month after I'd given up on finding a car I wanted. I've been stuck with my Eclipse(super cheap because it's purple) ever since. Now I'm just hoping it will hold up until electric cars are a more viable technology. Sadly, I could have been enjoying driving for the last 13 years. Things could be worse.
