I think I will wait for next 2 months after my K1 back from service.
@ketsuppi11 I agreed with @bdery, I know this thread for a long time and I did not do the "surgery" because I want my DA60-250 in its original, but after I got DFA150-450 and I have a chance to try DFA70-200, and I understand that I will not buy DFA 70-200 because the weight and size is almost same with DFA150-450.
It is painful if in my trip I carry DFA70-200 and DFA150-450, and for stage shots that usually took more than 1 hours, I think I need to add monopod, that mean I have to add my stuff.
focal length for my photoshoot style:
- FA20-35 for trip and model
- DA200/f2.8 for model
- DA300/F4 for model
- DFA 150-450 for birding and model
This DA 60-250 will be for stage shot, that don't need F2.8 lens (because today sensor is very good, ISO6400 very acceptable, the F4 lens will be best choice).
I have DA 28-105 but I never use this lens.
And they are some tamron and sigma lenses that I don't like their rendering, color, bokeh. ---------- Post added 04-18-2018 at 10:38 AM ---------- For printed the baffle, I tried to paint it with matte spray paint but it is still shiny in the inner, still has a reflection.
The original baffle has a very good material to absorb the light.

Thank you for you all guys in here, especially with the trials and error, all the effort, Gutta, Scorpio/Michael etc.
Now I am using Michael file to order 3D print, it is cheap, only 3.5usd here, I order 2 pcs for reserve :D (because it is cheap).
It will be ready in the next 2 days, finger cross, I hope I can do all the mod.
As the owner of DA200, DA300, DFA150-450 and DA60-250, I really want to get rid this lens, but my several trip really teach me to hold this DA60-250 instead to replace it with DFA 70-200.
DFA70-200 F2.8 is as big as DFA150-450,-- they are not for travelling lenses, but DA60-250/F4 is.
Btw, DA200 and DA300 are the fantastic lenses on K1.
Now my K1 is going to Ricoh Japan to upgrade to K1ii, repair the crack because I dropped it and replace the scratch focusing screen, it cost a lot, but I am willing to pay, because I love the IQ of K1, it will take 2 months.
I am very happy, my camera is repairing in Japan !!! it takes time, but me it is no problem, I want the Japanese/Ricoh Japan service, I am more confident with them.
