Hi skinja, there are various ways to enhance the shot.
Personally I am a novice in doing this. A few attempts by me if you don't mind processing your shots.
Layer adjustment with curves and gradient
Add a bit of artistic filter
Then selective sharpening with a bit of adding more contrast
Play around in photo editing, it can be fun. You may not like it but it is quite an artistic exercise
