I saw this report yesterday...

I love butterflies, so reading this made me sad. I thought back to one evening a couple years ago when I observed a beautiful monarch settle down in my yard to sleep for the night...
And the next morning, it was still there. I watched and photographed as it woke up. Unfortunately, I had an appointment that morning and could only stay for a few minutes.
