Pictures of the 85-210 and 75-150 and their attachment lenses , on the 85-210 attachment lens it is marked as for the 85-210, on the 75-150 it just says attachment lens, both seem to bring the minimum focus distance down to about 1.9 metres on each lens

Hi folks, I tried searching the forums for answers, checked the review page and am still a little stumped, any help will be appreciated. I just received a
Super-Takumar Zoom 70-150mm F4.5 in lovely condition in it's dedicated case and with the hood. Like the later zooms I looked under the case lid and found a rather nebulously named filter just called "attachment lens" it is labelled as Asahi Opt. Co., Japan, it appears to be some sort of close(r) focus lens as the database list the minimum focus distance as 350 cm !! Does anyone have any knowledge about this attachment filter and could they refer me to any other sources of information about this lens. Any hints would be appreciated.
Quick edit, on closer inspection I see the regular distance marking "ft" in blue, "m" in yellow and another set of white numbers with 3.5 lining up with the infinity mark and going down to 1.9 below the 3.5 meter mark, so I assume that the minimum focal length with the attachment changes to 190cm, slightly better then 3.5 metres fortunately.
